Abstract
The prevalence of maternal mortality due to hypertension in pregnancy (HDK) in Indonesia continues to increase every year, as an effort to reduce morbidity and mortality in HDK, appropriate management alternatives are needed to maintain blood pressure in pregnant women. With hypertension to be in a stable range, namely through therapy. non-pharmacological. One of the therapies that can be used to manage blood pressure in pregnant women with hypertension is to soak the feet in warm water. To provide information and understanding of how to do a foot bath using warm water as an effort to reduce blood pressure in pregnant women with hypertension. Methods : This community service program is carried out by providing counseling and direct application to pregnant women using warm water media using a plastic container with a temperature of ± 39-42 °C which is measured using a thermometer.
