Abstract
The possibility of pregnancy is very high among women in reproductive age. Also, pregnancy among them is also considered safer and less risky. Meanwhile, pregnancies at the age of 35 years and over are more at risk of developing pregnancy complications, such as preeclampsia or stillbirth. Nutrition is needed to support and maintain the physical and mental health of women at this age. Moreover, changes in female reproductive hormones at this age often cause various problems in women's health. By meeting nutritional needs, women in reproductive age can overcome all these challenges and can live their lives better. Not only that, nutrition is also an important part in preparation for pregnancy. If these nutritional needs are not met, various health problems during pregnancy and breastfeeding are more likely to occur. Therefore, this community service activity was carried out with the theme of educating the importance of balanced nutrition among women in reproductive age. The participant of this activity was women in reproductive age in Moncongloe Village, Maros. The activity was carried out for one day. Activities included balanced nutrition education, distribution of leaflets, and measurement of nutritional status. This activity was attended by 18 participants. The results of this activity received a good response and enthusiasm from the Moncongloe Village community.
